Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping for each order within the US and Canada. Items shipped to any given address may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once per address. The shipping information below does not apply to custom print orders or made-to-order purchases.

A flat rate applies to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states; a higher flat rate applies to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO; and an international flat rate applies to orders shipped to Canada. The exact rates will be clearly calculated and displayed for your review during the checkout process on metcurated.com.

Shipping surcharges apply to certain oversized items. Shipping costs may also be influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. You will be contacted by Customer Support if your shipment requires a special rate. Extra charges will be incurred for overweight or multiple carton shipments. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and service level.

Expedited and overnight delivery options are available for an additional charge. Express orders must be placed by a specified cutoff time on a business day to be processed for same-day shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled as if placed the following business day.

We are able to offer delivery to addresses within the US and Canada directly through our website. For specific international shipping inquiries and delivery options, kindly reach out to our Customer Support team via the contact form on our website.

All domestic orders include tracking. Your shipment confirmation email will include the shipping date, the carrier, and the tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting your account page on our site.

A surcharge will apply to oversized items, which are noted online. Please review product descriptions carefully or contact Customer Support for more information before ordering such items.

The purchase of a large quantity of any one product is subject to approval and may result in additional shipping charges.

We will promptly inform you in the rare case of a significant shipping delay.

Please note that holiday shipping deadlines are subject to change each year. We recommend placing orders well in advance of holidays to ensure timely delivery, and we will publish specific cutoff dates on metcurated.com as major holidays approach.

Returns

We want you to love your MetCurated purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, please return it within 90 days for an exchange or refund in the manner in which it was paid. We can only refund or exchange merchandise that is in its original, saleable condition; original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Digital gift certificates and physical gift cards are nonrefundable. All final sale merchandise, including clearance items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please log into your account on our website to access the returns portal or contact our Customer Support team. Return shipping is typically at the expense of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item). Online customers should receive a confirmation email once we’ve processed a refund. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your original payment method statement after we receive the returned item.

For returns of gift purchases, store credit will generally be issued, provided we can identify the original order. An online store account is required to receive and use the digital store credit. If you cannot provide the original order information, we will issue a refund for the item’s current selling price at the time of the return.

Custom print orders and other made-to-order purchases are individually crafted per your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please contact our Customer Support team immediately through the website for a swift resolution. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement in such cases.
