Does MetCurated have physical stores?
MetCurated is a curated online destination at metcurated.com. We currently do not operate physical retail locations. Our entire exclusive collection, inspired by artistic heritage, is available for you to browse and purchase from the comfort of your home, with direct shipping to your doorstep.

Can I purchase a Membership or make a donation through MetCurated?
Currently, MetCurated operates as a dedicated online store and does not process memberships or direct donations to cultural institutions. Our focus is on providing you with access to beautifully curated products that celebrate art and design.

Do you offer gift cards or store credit?
Yes! MetCurated Gift Cards are the perfect present for the art lover in your life. They can be purchased digitally on our website, metcurated.com. The balance on digital gift cards and any store credit issued can be viewed and managed in the ‘My Account’ section of our website. Gift cards and store credits are subject to specific terms and conditions, including expiration policies. Please note that these balances can only be used for the purchase of merchandise on metcurated.com and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We are delighted to help you send the perfect gift. We offer premium gift-wrapping services that can be selected at checkout for a fee per item. You can also include a personal message at no additional charge. Please note that due to their size and nature, certain oversized items (such as large framed prints or sculptures) cannot be gift-wrapped.

Can I write a product review?
Yes, we highly encourage our customers to share their experiences. On every product page, you will find a “Write a Review” link. Your feedback helps other art enthusiasts make informed decisions. Please focus your review on the product’s features and your experience. All submitted reviews are moderated and must comply with our published Terms of Use.

How accurate are the product images and descriptions?
We make every effort to ensure our website information is accurate. Product photographs are intended to show details and may be enlarged or enhanced. For precise dimensions and specific details, please refer to the “Details” tab on the product page. As many of our items feature natural materials like gemstones, wood, or hand-applied finishes, slight variations in color, grain, or texture may occur, making each piece unique.

What is your product safety policy?
Customer safety is our priority. We require that all products, especially those intended for children or for serving food, comply with applicable safety standards. This includes testing for materials like lead and cadmium where required. Specific warnings, such as those mandated by California’s Proposition 65, will be displayed on relevant product pages if applicable. For children’s products, we ensure they meet or exceed established federal safety and labeling guidelines.

Is there an age requirement to shop on MetCurated?

Placing & Managing Your Order

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also use PayPal and any available MetCurated store credit in your online account as a payment method.

What if an item is out of stock?
Popular items may occasionally sell out. If an item is on backorder, you may still be able to place an order for it. We will notify you of any shipping delay that exceeds our standard timeframes. Your payment method will only be charged once the item ships from our warehouse.

Can I place a tax-exempt order?
We are unable to process tax-exempt orders automatically through our online checkout system. Please contact our Customer Support team via the form on our website for assistance with tax-exempt purchases.

Do you offer an educator discount?
We appreciate educators but currently do not offer an automated online discount. For inquiries regarding special pricing on educational materials, please reach out to our Customer Support team.

Shipping & Order Changes

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check the status of any order at any time by logging into ‘My Account’ on metcurated.com.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your curated items to you. If you need to cancel or make a change (like to the shipping address or items), you must contact our Customer Support team immediately. We can only assist if your order has not yet entered the processing and packing stage. Once an order begins processing, we are unable to cancel it or make any changes to the items, shipping address, or payment method.

Is my personal and payment information secure?
